By downloading, installing, or using Outfit Maker: Closetly ("Closetly," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

What Closetly Does

Closetly is an AI-powered outfit maker app that allows you to:

• Upload and organize photos of your clothing items
• Create and save outfit combinations
• Receive AI-generated style recommendations
• Generate try-on previews using AI technology
• Share your outfits with others

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee that the app will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Closetly. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

By using the app, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Closetly, including photos of your clothing and created outfits.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content to provide the app's services.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Upload inappropriate or offensive images
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

AI-Generated Content

Closetly uses artificial intelligence to provide outfit recommendations and try-on previews. These are generated suggestions and may not always be accurate or suitable.

Important: AI-generated try-on previews are for styling inspiration only and may not reflect exact fit, sizing, or appearance.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated recommendations or previews.

You should use your own judgment when following AI suggestions and always verify fit and style with actual clothing items.

Our Rights

Closetly, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without permission.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and created outfits.

You may share your outfits and content as you choose, subject to these Terms.

Data Collection

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the app, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials.

Service "As Is"

Closetly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Your Right to Stop

You may stop using Closetly at any time by deleting the app from your device.

You may also delete your account through the app settings.

Our Right to Terminate

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
